Kaylisha Archer

Kaylisha is truly passionate about enabling women and individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds to be empowered to achieve their full potential. As an ILM accredited Coach and experienced mentor, with a background in the legal sector and the Civil Service, Kaylisha brings a diverse wealth of knowledge and insightful perspective to her role as a facilitator with Thresholds. Kaylisha also has first-hand experience of graduating from the Crossing Thresholds flagship programme and using the tools gained there to achieve anything she has put her mind to! She has a BA in Sociology and Anthropology, and started her career in the Civil Service in 2013, where she has since held roles in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, Cabinet Office and Department for Transport; involving leading on development and implementation of high profile policy, strategy and major projects - as well as Private Office roles and championing of Learning and Development opportunities for all. Kaylisha is keen to give back and actively supports London based charities through a number of projects, including one on one youth mentoring and pro bono consultancy work to support the development of volunteers and mentors.
