Liza's passion for empowering women has led her to Thresholds Ltd. After a few years as programme facilitator she was identified by Thresholds' founder, Fiona McInnes-Craig, as the perfect candidate to take on the role of Managing Director.
In this role Liza wears many hats, managing the day to day; continued programme improvement and design; managing contracts and customer relationships; and of course keeping in touch with the ‘real’ work of module facilitation.
Coming from a family of facilitators it was inevitable that she would find her home in a team of empowered, inspirational facilitators doing groundbreaking work to support women to unlock their potential. Liza believes that by giving people space, time and tools they can be empowered to take control of their own path.
