Associate Facilitator
Emma’s mission is to support women who want to walk their path in integrity. Her superpower as a facilitator and coach is very quickly creating an environment where people feel safe, heard, and brave.
Her energy, forensic eye for detail and sharp questions asked with kindness means people are open to support and challenge, which leads to change. Emma has a grounding in strategic oversight and programme management, an MSc in International Development, PRINCE II and an ICF Intuitive Coaching qualification.
She brings 15 years of international, and UK based facilitation in Government and not for profit organisations and has three daughters who seem to be gearing up to be UN negotiators.
